一、進(jìn)口自來水過濾器概述：

德國《LOCKE》洛克進(jìn)口自來水過濾器（Inlet water filter）是使用水力控制閥及精密的易堵塞的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品所必須具備的過濾設(shè)備。是輸送介質(zhì)的管道系列不可缺少的一種裝置，通常安裝于水力控制閥、減壓閥、泄壓閥、定水位閥等設(shè)備的進(jìn)口端，用來消除介質(zhì)中的雜質(zhì)，防止顆粒性雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入通道，造成墻塞，以保護(hù)設(shè)備管道上的配件免受磨損和堵塞。

Locke imported water filter is a kind of filtration equipment which is necessary for using hydraulic control valve and precise mechanical products easy to block. It is an indispensable device for the pipeline series of medium transmission, which is usually installed at the inlet end of hydraulic control valve, pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, constant water level valve and other equipment, to eliminate impurities in the medium, prevent particulate impurities from entering the channel, and cause wall plug, so as to protect the accessories on the equipment pipeline from wear and blockage.

三、進(jìn)口自來水過濾器說明書:

1.進(jìn)口自來水過濾器在使用一段時(shí)間后，需要取下內(nèi)部的過濾網(wǎng)進(jìn)行清洗，以免被過濾的雜  質(zhì)堵在過濾網(wǎng)上增加了液體阻力，影響系統(tǒng)水的正常流通，一般每3個(gè)月清洗一次過濾網(wǎng)  為佳；
2.清洗后的過濾網(wǎng)在安裝回進(jìn)口自來水過濾器后，注意觀察進(jìn)口自來水過濾器墊片是否有漏   水情況發(fā)生，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)滲漏，及時(shí)更換密封墊片；
3.新系統(tǒng)安裝進(jìn)口自來水過濾器幾小時(shí)后要及時(shí)清洗濾網(wǎng)，以防管道安裝時(shí)殘留在管道內(nèi)的   施工垃圾堵塞進(jìn)口自來水過濾器；
4.用于不經(jīng)常流動的系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)口自來水過濾器要特別注意衛(wèi)生問題，系統(tǒng)超過4天不運(yùn)行，   進(jìn)口自來水過濾器過濾網(wǎng)上就容易滋生細(xì)菌，要注意及時(shí)清洗過濾網(wǎng)。

1. After using the imported tap water filter for a period of time, it is necessary to remove the internal filter screen for cleaning, so as to avoid the impurities blocked on the filter screen increasing the liquid resistance and affecting the normal flow of the system water. Generally, it is better to clean the filter screen once every three months;

2. After the cleaning filter screen is installed back to the inlet tap water filter, pay attention to observe whether the gasket of the inlet tap water filter leaks. If leakage is found, replace the gasket in time;

3. The filter screen shall be cleaned in time several hours after the installation of the inlet water filter in the new system to prevent the construction waste remaining in the pipeline from blocking the inlet water filter during the installation of the pipeline;

4. Pay special attention to the sanitation of the imported tap water filter used in the system that does not flow frequently. If the system does not operate for more than 4 days, the filter net of the imported tap water filter is easy to breed bacteria, and the filter net should be cleaned in time.
