Before the temperature in the pipeline rises to the saturation temperature, the bimetal automatic exhaust air element temperature sensing variable straightens; the steam trap enters the normal operation condition, and the floating ball adjusts the valve hole flow with the liquid level rise and fall; when the condensate stops entering, the floating ball approaches the valve seat with the medium flow, and the valve is closed. The valve seat of vertical free floating ball steam trap is always below the liquid level, forming a water seal without steam leakage.
