德國《LOCKE》洛克進口不銹鋼閘閥(Stainless steel gate valve)主要用于石油、化工、冶金、制藥等各類系統(tǒng)中，閥門的保溫夾套焊裝于閥門的兩法蘭之間，閥門的側面、底部設置有保溫夾套的連接口，保溫夾套中可自由地流過蒸汽，導熱油或其它熱的保溫介質，確保粘稠介質可順暢地流過閥門，而不會凝固，降溫。

進口保溫不銹鋼閘閥適用子公稱壓力PNl．0—10．0MPa、Classl50—600、JISlOK—20K，工作溫度-29—425℃(碳鋼)、-40—500℃(不銹鋼)的管路上作啟閉用，并能保溫和防止介。

三、進口不銹鋼閘閥結構優(yōu)點：

采用奧氏體不銹鋼，對氧化性酸介質擁有良好的耐蝕性。

介質流經(jīng)不銹鋼閘閥時不改變其流動方向，流體阻力小。

閘板運動方向與介質流動方向相垂直，啟閉力矩小，開閉較省力。

介質流動方向不受限制，不擾流、不降低壓力，介質可從閘閥兩側任意方向流過、均能達到使用的目的，最適用于介質流動方向可能改變的管路中。

閘板垂直置于閥體內，結構長度較短。

密封性能好。全開時密封面受沖蝕較小。
