?進口燃氣緊急切斷閥描述--

LIT燃氣緊急切斷閥是新型的燃氣管道工程的安全配套裝置，主要應用于以下場合：

1、與可燃氣體泄漏監(jiān)測儀器相連接。當儀器檢測到可燃氣體泄漏，自動快速關閉主供氣體閥門。切斷燃氣的供給，及時制止而惡性事故的發(fā)生。

2、與熱力設備的極限溫度（或壓力）安全閥控制連接；當設備內(nèi)檢測點的溫度或壓力超過設定的極限數(shù)值時，自動快速關閉供氣閥門，停止燃料的供給。

3、與高層建筑的中央消防報警系統(tǒng)相連接。當大廈發(fā)生火警時，自動切斷大廈內(nèi)的燃氣供應，防止煤氣爆炸的發(fā)生。

4、在城市或工廠的燃氣供應管網(wǎng)內(nèi)設置BZCK燃氣緊急切斷閥，可在中央控制室內(nèi)集中控制，遠距離遙控，緊急關閉事故現(xiàn)場的管線供氣。

4. In the gas supply network of the city or the factory, BZCK gas emergency shut-off valve can be set in the central control room, remote control and emergency shutdown of the pipeline supply in the accident site.

?進口燃氣緊急切斷閥控制方式--

常開--閥關閉后在通電或斷電都不會自動開啟，需手動拉開，保持打開狀態(tài)，節(jié)能、安全；

A：閥需要打開時，旋下防護罩，用力拉手柄，閥打開;

B：閥需要關閉時，線圈通電不超過30秒鐘，閥迅速關閉;

Always open - after the valve is closed, it will not automatically open on power or power failure. It needs to be manually opened and kept open, saving energy and safety.

A: when the valve needs to be opened, unscrew the shield, pull the handle hard and open the valve.

B: when the valve needs to be closed, the coil will not be energized for more than 30 seconds, and the valve will be shut down quickly.

?進口燃氣緊急切斷閥特點--

1、閥門在日常工作中處于常開狀態(tài)，電磁閥線圈處于斷電狀態(tài)，不消耗電能。

2、當事故發(fā)生時，閥門線圈瞬時通電，觸發(fā)閥門快速關閉，并進入自鎖狀態(tài)。

3、當工作人員處理完事故，人工重新開啟閥門，才會恢復供氣。

4、閥門采用先導式閥瓣，開啟輕松，即使壓力達到6Bar開啟也十分輕松，口徑大于DN125，采用杠桿手柄，使閥門達到開關省力、快捷。

注：根據(jù)客戶要求也可提供斷電關閉的常閉型緊急切斷閥。

手動復位操作過程--

當閥門被切斷，管道漏氣故障排出后，工作人員需要手動復位時，用力向上提拉手動復位桿，聽到“咔”的一聲，說明閥門完全被打開，此時，即使松開手，也不會被切斷。（除非再給閥門線圈通電）。

注：手動復位必須在電磁閥線圈斷電時操作。
