二、進(jìn)口低溫液氮止回閥產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介:

德國(guó)LOCKE洛克進(jìn)口低溫液氮止回閥又稱(chēng)低溫逆止閥、低溫單向閥、低溫逆流閥、和低溫背壓閥,是指采用經(jīng)過(guò)低溫深冷的不銹鋼材質(zhì),在低溫貯槽上或者低溫管道系統(tǒng),依靠介質(zhì)本身流動(dòng)而自動(dòng)開(kāi)、閉閥瓣,防止低溫介質(zhì)液氧,液氮,液氬,液化天然氣,LO2LN2、LAR、LNG等倒流的閥門(mén),

 LOCKE低溫液氮止回閥結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕,防止倒流零泄露,穩(wěn)定性好。

液氮(常寫(xiě)為LN2),是氮?dú)庠诘蜏叵滦纬傻囊后w形態(tài)。氮的沸點(diǎn)為-196°C,在正常大氣壓下溫度如果在這以下就會(huì)形成液氮;在工業(yè)中,液態(tài)氮是由空氣分餾而得。先將空氣凈化后,在加壓、冷卻的環(huán)境下液化,借由空氣中各組分之沸點(diǎn)不同加以分離。氦氣最先泄出(且未被液化),接著就是占空氣中78.09%的氮?dú)猓賮?lái)是占20.95%的氧氣,最后是占空氣中0.93%的氬氣。

Lock low temperature liquid nitrogen check valve has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, preventing backflow, zero leakage and good stability.

Liquid nitrogen (usually written as LN2) is the liquid form of nitrogen formed at low temperature. The boiling point of nitrogen is - 196 ° C. under normal atmospheric pressure, if the temperature is below this, liquid nitrogen will be formed; in industry, liquid nitrogen is obtained by fractional distillation of air. The air is first purified and then liquefied in a pressurized and cooled environment, and separated by the different boiling points of each component in the air. Helium was first released (and not liquefied), followed by nitrogen (78.09%), oxygen (20.95%), and argon (0.93%).

三、進(jìn)口低溫液氮止回閥安裝與維護(hù):

1,本閥門(mén)通路兩端須堵塞,存在干燥通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)。如長(zhǎng)期存放,應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查防銹蝕。

2,安裝前應(yīng)將閥門(mén)清洗干凈,并消除在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中造成的缺陷。

3,安裝時(shí)必須仔細(xì)核對(duì)閥門(mén)上的標(biāo)志和銘牌是否符合使用要求。

4,升降式垂直瓣止回閥應(yīng)安裝在垂直管道上。

5,升降式水平瓣止回閥應(yīng)安裝在水平管道上。

6,在管線(xiàn)中不要使止回閥承受重量,大型的止回閥應(yīng)獨(dú)立支撐,使之不受管系產(chǎn)生的壓力的影響。

7,安裝止回閥時(shí),應(yīng)特別注意介質(zhì)流動(dòng)方向,應(yīng)使介質(zhì)正常流動(dòng)方向與閥體上指示的箭頭方向相一致,否則就會(huì)截?cái)嘟橘|(zhì)的正常流動(dòng)。底閥應(yīng)安裝在水泵吸水管路的底端。

8,通式升降式止回閥應(yīng)安裝于水平管路上,立式升降式止回閥和底閥一般安裝在垂直管路上,并且介質(zhì)自下而上流動(dòng)。

9,止回閥關(guān)閉時(shí),會(huì)在管路中產(chǎn)生水錘壓力,嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)導(dǎo)致閥門(mén)、管路或設(shè)備的損壞,尤其對(duì)于大口管路或高壓管路,故應(yīng)引起止回閥選用者的高度注意。

2. The valve should be cleaned before installation, and the defects caused during transportation should be eliminated.

3. Carefully check whether the signs and nameplates on the valve meet the use requirements during installation.

4. Lift type vertical disc check valve shall be installed on vertical pipe.

5. Lift type horizontal disc check valve shall be installed on horizontal pipeline.

6. Do not make the check valve bear the weight in the pipeline. The large check valve should be independently supported to prevent it from being affected by the pressure generated by the pipeline system.

7. When installing the check valve, special attention should be paid to the flow direction of the medium. The normal flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the arrow direction indicated on the valve body, otherwise the normal flow of the medium will be cut off. The bottom valve should be installed at the bottom of the water pump suction pipe.

8. The general lifting check valve shall be installed on the horizontal pipeline, while the vertical lifting check valve and bottom valve are generally installed on the vertical pipeline, and the medium flows from bottom to top.

9. When the check valve is closed, there will be water hammer pressure in the pipeline, which will cause damage to the valve, pipeline or equipment in serious cases, especially for the large opening pipeline or high pressure pipeline, so it should be paid great attention by the check valve selector.

四、進(jìn)口低溫液氮止回閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):

1、經(jīng)過(guò)低溫深冷處理,能耐-196℃低溫

2、閥瓣材料經(jīng)過(guò)鍍鉻或氮化處理,提高閥桿表面硬度,提高填料密封的可靠性。
