進(jìn)口軌道球閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
1、無(wú)關(guān)無(wú)磨損:球體偏離閥座后再轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)消除了閥座的磨擦,解決了傳統(tǒng)球閥、閘閥、旋塞閥的閥座磨損問(wèn)題。
2、單閥座設(shè)計(jì):軌道閥門(mén)的靜態(tài)單閥座能夠保障零泄露,避免了雙向閥座閥門(mén)的內(nèi)腔壓力升高的問(wèn)題。
3 流體特性:全通徑和縮徑閥門(mén)在開(kāi)位時(shí)都有很高的Cv值。提高泵了的系統(tǒng)效率,并且使腐蝕問(wèn)題降到了*程度。

Structural features of imported orbital ball valve:

進(jìn)口軌道球閥工作原理:
順時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪,閥桿上設(shè)有準(zhǔn)確導(dǎo)向槽使球體順時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)90度,在閥桿的楔臂作用下球體向前擺動(dòng)迫使球體密封面靠貼閥座密封面,達(dá)到密封效果。逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪使閥桿上升,球芯在閥桿楔臂和閥桿準(zhǔn)確導(dǎo)向槽的作用下,先離開(kāi)密封面(無(wú)摩擦)后球體逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)90度,達(dá)到軌道球閥 的開(kāi)啟。
凸輪的原理使得閥球在旋轉(zhuǎn)中與閥座密封面脫離,旋轉(zhuǎn)到位后再將閥球推向閥座實(shí)現(xiàn)密封。當(dāng)閥門(mén)處于全開(kāi)位置時(shí),瞬時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪,在閥桿螺母與止推軸承配合下,閥桿開(kāi)始下降并帶動(dòng)球體開(kāi)始旋轉(zhuǎn)。連接轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪,閥桿上的精密螺旋曲線槽軌道,與嵌于其內(nèi)的導(dǎo)向銷相互作用,帶動(dòng)球體隨閥桿不停地按順時(shí)針?lè)较蜣D(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。當(dāng)閥門(mén)將要關(guān)閉時(shí),閥桿帶動(dòng)球體在與閥座密封面完全無(wú)摩擦的情況下旋轉(zhuǎn)了90°。繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪,再次下降的閥桿通過(guò)閥桿下端的凸輪結(jié)構(gòu)機(jī)械地壓迫球體,使球體密封面與閥座密封面緊密接觸,從而達(dá)到密封的目的。軌道硬密封球閥處于全關(guān)位置時(shí)逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪,在閥桿螺母與止推軸承的配合下,閥桿開(kāi)始上升,并帶動(dòng)球體開(kāi)始旋轉(zhuǎn),。連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪,閥桿會(huì)在向上升的同時(shí)帶動(dòng)球體趨向閥座。軌道硬密封球閥將要開(kāi)啟時(shí),閥桿上的精密螺旋曲線槽軌道與嵌于其中的導(dǎo)向銷相互作用帶動(dòng)球體在與閥座密封面完全無(wú)摩擦的情況下不停地按逆時(shí)針?lè)较蜣D(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪,當(dāng)閥桿升到極限位置時(shí),此時(shí)球也已隨閥桿倒轉(zhuǎn)了90°,閥門(mén)已處于全開(kāi)位置。軌道硬密封球閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):傳統(tǒng)的球閥,無(wú)論是浮動(dòng)式或固定式,球體與閥座始終接觸,開(kāi)關(guān)扭矩大,密封面容易損傷,軌道球論著啟閉時(shí),球體先偏轉(zhuǎn)-δ角,然后轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),開(kāi)關(guān)全過(guò)程中球體與閥座脫離,故閥座不會(huì)被擦傷,并且啟閉扭矩小。
