壓路機(jī)的運(yùn)用操作的規(guī)劃都是很安全的，但是一些需求的安全操作知識(shí)，大家要注意：

1，壓路機(jī)操作人員在作業(yè)中不得擅離崗位，不得操作的不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。禁止將機(jī)械設(shè)備交給未成年人員操作。禁止酒后操作;

2，每次作業(yè)前查看壓路機(jī)潤(rùn)滑油、燃油和水是否足夠，各種外表是否正常，傳動(dòng)體系、作業(yè)裝配是否齊備，液壓體系以及各管路等無(wú)泄露征象，承認(rèn)正常后，方可發(fā)動(dòng);

2. Before each operation, check whether the lubricating oil, fuel and water of the roller are enough, whether the various appearances are normal, whether the transmission system and operation assembly are complete, whether the hydraulic system and the pipelines have no signs of leakage, and only after admitting that they are normal, can they be started.

3，操作人員有必要按照路友壓路機(jī)的說(shuō)明書規(guī)定，嚴(yán)格實(shí)行作業(yè)前的查看準(zhǔn)則和作業(yè)中細(xì)致觀察及作業(yè)后的查看保養(yǎng)準(zhǔn)則;

4，壓路機(jī)每次作業(yè)結(jié)束后，有必要洗掉其上的污物和塵埃，此時(shí)應(yīng)特別注意柴油機(jī)、發(fā)電機(jī)、起動(dòng)馬達(dá)、噴油泵、噴油器、液壓泵等，以及液壓管路的外表的清潔，有必要用干燥柔軟的抹布把這些當(dāng)?shù)夭翝崈簟?5，壓路機(jī)如果停放較長(zhǎng)時(shí)刻，有必要放出發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)水箱內(nèi)的水，（在冬天氣候冰冷，每天作業(yè)結(jié)束后就應(yīng)放掉）。細(xì)心清洗掉機(jī)器上的污物和塵埃，用火油擦洗各部件的外外表和全部光滑孔并注一次油脂，對(duì)未涂漆的外露部分應(yīng)涂黃油或防銹膠。

(In winter, when the weather is cold, it should be released after every day's operation.) Carefully clean the dirt and dust on the machine, scrub the appearance and all smooth holes of each component with fire oil and inject grease once. Butter or anti-rust glue should be applied to the uncoated exposed part.
