福斯CEPLATTYN 300粘附性潤滑脂

CEPLATTYN 300石墨高含膠潤滑劑的基礎(chǔ)上精心挑選的溶劑殘液，并含有極壓添加劑和粘性改良劑。該產(chǎn)品是瀝青，重金屬和溶劑。
CEPLATTYN 300連同CEPLATTYN RN和CEPLATTYN KG10 HMF的代表福斯LUBRITECH多相體系。

應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域：

CEPLATTYN300建議作為大會(huì)開式齒輪，大齒輪箱，齒條和所有滑動(dòng)軸承表面潤滑劑。它是用來作為線程和引腳粘貼大會(huì)。
作為鋼絲繩潤滑劑，它也適用于鋼絲繩。此外，CEPLATTYN300潤滑劑適用于連鎖店，在船塢和運(yùn)河以及在露天采礦坑（審批）滑動(dòng)軸承表面和齒輪。

應(yīng)用方法
CEPLATTYN300手動(dòng)應(yīng)用干凈的表面上。不要使用集中潤滑系統(tǒng)。

Primer for large Open Gears and for the lubrication of toothed racks and sliding surfaces

Description

CEPLATTYN 300 is a high-graphite adhesive lubricant based on a selected base oil and contains EP additives and tackiness improvers. 
CEPLATTYN 300 is free of bitumen, heavy metals and solvents.
In combination with CEPLATTYN RN and CEPLATTYN KG 10 HMF, CEPLATTYN 300 represents the FUCHS LUBRITECH multi-phase system.

Fields of application

CEPLATTYN 300 is recommended as primer for large Open Gears, gear racks and sliding surfaces. It is also used as an assembly paste for screws/bolts and pins. 
It is also suitable for wire rope lubrication and preservation as well as in steel hydraulics construction for chains, sliding surfaces, and gear tooth systems.

Method of application

CEPLATTYN 300 is applied manually on clean surfaces.

Do not use in centralised lubrication systems!

CEPLATTYN 300 is approved for undergrund mining by the Arnsberg District Authority, Dortmund, approval reference number: 84.12.22.63-2-1.
