5、售后服務(wù)

1、雙層果袋機(jī)臺的易損件（電氣開關(guān)，按鈕，齒輪，鏈條，皮帶）不實行三包，主機(jī)保修1年，電機(jī)保修半年。在保修期內(nèi)設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障，公司負(fù)責(zé)無償進(jìn)行維修。如因用戶違章操作或因其他意外原因造成機(jī)器損壞，本公司只負(fù)責(zé)給予修理，損壞機(jī)件費用由用戶承擔(dān)。

2、保修期過后，仍需公司去人維修調(diào)試的，全部費用由用戶承擔(dān)。

3、隨機(jī)配備易損件用完后，公司按成本價提供給用戶。

4、凡訂購本公司果袋機(jī)的用戶，在提貨前必須選派好接受培訓(xùn)的開機(jī)人員學(xué)習(xí)果袋機(jī)操作和維修。
