適用于灌裝各類醬料（如番茄醬、辣椒醬、水果醬）等粘稠物料、高濃度及含果肉或顆粒飲料，甚至純液體的定量灌裝

本機(jī)采用活塞灌裝原理，空罐經(jīng)輸送到達(dá)灌裝位置后，壓縮空氣經(jīng)氣動(dòng)三聯(lián)件進(jìn)入氣缸，把灌裝閥打開(kāi)，活塞在凸輪的作用下在活塞缸內(nèi)向下移動(dòng)進(jìn)行灌裝，待灌裝完畢后灌裝閥在氣缸的作用下自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，活塞缸再進(jìn)行吸料。灌好的罐子經(jīng)出罐后被同步運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的鉤子鏈送到封口機(jī)上進(jìn)行封口。當(dāng)封罐機(jī)的托罐機(jī)構(gòu)升起托鍵盤(pán)后，壓頭壓住蓋子，兩道滾輪分別在凸輪的作用下對(duì)罐進(jìn)行預(yù)封和實(shí)封。封好后的罐在出罐撥輪的作用下送到出罐輸送帶上。
