適用于灌裝各類醬料（如番茄醬、辣椒醬、水果醬）等粘稠物料、高濃度及含果肉或顆粒飲料，甚至純液體的定量灌裝

本機采用活塞灌裝原理，空罐經(jīng)輸送到達灌裝位置后，壓縮空氣經(jīng)氣動三聯(lián)件進入氣缸，把灌裝閥打開，活塞在凸輪的作用下在活塞缸內(nèi)向下移動進行灌裝，待灌裝完畢后灌裝閥在氣缸的作用下自動關(guān)閉，活塞缸再進行吸料。灌好的罐子經(jīng)出罐后被同步運轉(zhuǎn)的鉤子鏈送到封口機上進行封口。當封罐機的托罐機構(gòu)升起托鍵盤后，壓頭壓住蓋子，兩道滾輪分別在凸輪的作用下對罐進行預(yù)封和實封。封好后的罐在出罐撥輪的作用下送到出罐輸送帶上。
