一、GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The XR7608AJL series product is a highintegration solution for lithiumion/polymerbattery protection. XR7608AJL containsadvanced power MOSFET, high-accuracyvoltage detection circuits and delaycircuits. XR7608AJL is put into an ultrasmall CPC5 package and only oneexternal component makes an idealsolution in limited space of battery pack.

XR7608AJL has all the protection functionsrequired in the battery application includingovercharging, overdischarging, overcurrentand load short circuiting protection etc. Theaccurate overcharging detection voltageensures safe and full utilization charging.

The low standby current drains little currentfrom the cell while in storage.

The device is not only targeted digitalcellular phones, but also for any otherIon Li-Poly battery-poweredinformation appliances requiring longterm battery life.
