? 特點(diǎn)Feature

◆采用四柱三板型結(jié)構(gòu)，四柱精密導(dǎo)套控制，活動(dòng)板與工作臺(tái)面平行精度和垂直精度極高；

◆采用整體鍛打并經(jīng)精密研磨的子母缸，HALLITE、NOK高品質(zhì)油封，在高壓狀態(tài)下使用可靠性高；

◆子母缸快下、回程速度達(dá)到200mm/s以上, 工進(jìn)速度25mm/s可微調(diào)，大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

◆液壓部分采用YUKEN、DOFLUID高性能泵浦、控制閥，油溫低，噪音不超85分貝，性能卓越穩(wěn)定；

◆電氣部分采用三菱或LG可編程控制器，威綸觸摸屏，F(xiàn)UJI按鈕、接觸器，經(jīng)久耐用；

◆壓力、行程、速度、保壓時(shí)間、閉合高度均可任意調(diào)整，人機(jī)界面操作簡(jiǎn)便；

◆采用DOFLUID流量比例閥、比例放大板、瑞士Huba壓力傳感器、磁柵尺，行程精確定位0.1mm；

◆設(shè)計(jì)有三種工作模式：定位模式、定壓模式、壓力—位置模式，實(shí)現(xiàn)精確定位壓力裝配；

◆安全設(shè)計(jì)周全，歐洲規(guī)格雙手制操作，設(shè)有緊急停止按鈕和上下寸動(dòng)調(diào)模按鈕；

◆另可根據(jù)客戶要求設(shè)計(jì)工作臺(tái)面落料槽及吹氣裝置，提高生產(chǎn)效率；

◆配備安全光柵防壓手裝置，磁柵尺及觸摸控制屏，精確顯示油缸位移狀況。

◆Pressure, stroke, speed, dwell time, height all can adjust, man-machine interface convenient operation；

◆The DOFLUID flow proportional valve, scale enlarged plate, Switzerland Huba pressure sensor, the magnetic grid ruler, stroke the precise location of 0.1mm；

◆Design has three work modes; positioning mode, constant pressure-position mode, and realize accurate positioning pressure assembly；

◆Safety design thorough, the European specifications hands system operation, is equipped with an emergency stop button an upper and lower inching adjustable die button；
