功能特點

◇機械主電路采用臺灣進口 PLC 控制工作，操作集中簡易、靈敏，維修方便；

◇自動送料，無間斷送料采用日本“富士”伺服電機，精密絲桿、切割精度達到 ±0.03mm；

◇計數(shù)器可設置加工數(shù)量、或自動停機、或累計當天工作量；前后壓力可無段調(diào)整，確保工件無夾傷不變形；

◇加工尺寸變更時，無需手動硬件定位，只需在文本顯示器上改動

相關(guān)尺寸數(shù)據(jù)即可工作；

◇針對鋁型材、銅材、有機材料、塑鋼性材料、碳纖等有顯著效果，切割無毛刺，對切割后的屑沫集中回收，冷卻液能循環(huán)使用，具有高效、省時、省料的特點。
